If you accept payment from your customers using credit or debit cards, it is likely that you are paying too much for payment processing services.

The Card Processing Advisory Service (C.P.R.A.S.) specialises in analysing the transactions that are processed for you and making sure that you are not paying too much for that service.

If you are already on the best possible rate, then there will be no charge for our service and we will provide an Independent Report for your board / auditors verifying that you are getting value for money in this area. NB If we can’t find you offers that would save at least 10% or £20,000 per annum (our minimum performance threshold), then our Independent Report will be free.

On the other hand, if we can identify a better rate and service, then our Independent Report will quantify the savings you could be making (generally, these are between 15% and 35% but we have seen cases where savings as high as 75% can be achieved). Where the savings offered do exceed the minimum performance threshold, then our charge will be 25% of the saving.

The process is extremely simple from your point of view. Simply send us a copy of a recent Merchant Account statement that your card processing service provider has sent you (by fax: 08708 381493 or email). We will then analyse your transaction profile and negotiate the best rates for you from the major UK providers (listed above). Our findings will then be sent to you in our Independent Report.

Your statements, and any other information that you provide, are treated as totally confidential and are not shown to anyone outside C.P.R.A.S. and the acquiring banks with whom we negotiate. All paperwork can be returned or destroyed at your request once the process is complete but we will keep a copy for our records.
