Do I need to send you our bank statements? |

No. All we need are the statements that your card processing service provider sends you. |

My bank provides me with this service, if you arrange savings for me, will I have to change banks? |

No. Card processing services are highly specialised and are carried out by an entirely separate arm of most banks. Changing your card processing service provider will have no effect on your general banking. |

No. We analyse your usage of card processing services and negotiate cost savings for those services. |

How long will the process take? |
| A |
Your Independent Report will take about one month to prepare. If you want to activate the savings that it identifies, then you can do so according to whatever timescale you agree with your new card processing service provider. |

I know other businesses which may be interested in your service. Do you offer a referrer program? |

Yes. We pay 5% of all money received through a referral. Please email refer@cpras.co.uk if you are interested in this. |

Why do the card processing service providers co-operate with you? |

We take many millions of pounds of potential new business to them and so consequently they benefit from our service. They may make less profit on our clients than they otherwise would, but they gain a significant amount of turnover. A small profit on millions of transactions is better than a large profit of none. |

Why do we pay you a fee - can't you take your commissions from the banks? |

We do not accept payment/incentives from any bank, we receive a remuneration only from our clients. This way we can stay 100% independent. |
