Q Why do the card processing service providers co-operate with you? A We take many millions of pounds of potential new business to them and so consequently they benefit from our service. They may make less profit on our clients than they otherwise would, but they gain a significant amount of turnover. A small profit on millions of transactions is better than a large profit of none. Q Why do we pay you a fee if we choose to take advantage of the savings you identify? A We do not accept payment/incentives from any bank, we receive a remuneration only from our clients. This way we can stay 100% independent.
