This Contract is dated 13-Mar-2010 between:

(1) The Card Processing Advisory Service Ltd (company number 06607806) whose registered office is at CPRAS Somercote Shadrack Burton Bradstock Bridport Dorset DT6 4QF (‘CPRAS’), and

(2) The party whose details are set out below (‘the Client’)

The Client authorises CPRAS to investigate the potential for securing improved card processing rates and to make appropriate introductions.

N.B. There is NO OBLIGATION to accept any offer presented to you as a consequence of CPRAS’ work. If you CHOOSE TO ACCEPT improved card processing rates (whether from a new or your existing service provider), then CPRAS will be entitled to a fee amounting to 25% of the saving achieved, subject to the terms and conditions, plus VAT.

The terms and conditions as quoted on our website Terms page are incorporated into this contract.
